In the 10 years of work experience that I have in the transport & logistics industry, I’ve worked in several positions in airlines, shipping company and freight forwarder. This allowed me to acquire a solid experience and reputation in Bangladesh. With this much background, I joined the Bansard International Group in 2014 with the mission of opening Bansard Bangladesh!
I love the range of missions induced by my position. On the day-to-day basis I monitor the operations, the negotiations with shipping & airlines companies, all the tasks that come with managing the teams and subsidiaries. In addition to that I’m handling business, consolidating and expanding my network with local companies by prioritizing the relational aspects. All to contribute to the development of Bansard International in Bangladesh, focusing on our long-term group strategy.
The human relations are something I appreciate, and it is ubiquitous in my work. Working as a team, training my co-workers, and much else… I noticed that sharing the same challenge is very motivating! I speak also with various interlocutors on a daily basis: clients, suppliers, agents... The amazing thing is that I continue to learn every day from them, it’s very enriching.
We currently have 2 offices in Bangladesh (Dhaka & Chittagong), and became a trustworthy player on this market. From now on, my objective is to make Bansard become a major influencer in the market.
